For family and maternity sessions, 4–6 weeks out is ideal. Weddings typically book 9–18 months in advance. Fall is Minnesota's most requested season — if you have a date, reach out sooner than you think you need to.
Documentary and warm. I don't direct — I observe. I move through your day or your family like a quiet witness, and I come back with the real thing. My editing is film-inspired: soft, warm, honest, and timeless.
Family and lifestyle sessions: 2–3 weeks. Wedding galleries: 6–8 weeks. You'll receive a sneak peek within a few days of your session — a handful of frames to hold you over.
I send a complete style guide after booking. The short version: wear what makes you feel like yourself. Lean toward soft tones — creams, warm neutrals, earthy greens, dusty blues. Skip big logos and busy patterns. Comfort reads as confidence on camera.
